Location - RiyadhPosition - Senior Manager / Governance & PMO Lead – Telecom TransformationProfile Strong experience leading Governance and PMO functions within large-scale transformation programmesProven experience managing and developing an experienced PMO / governance teamTelecom industry experience strongly preferredStrong exposure to senior and C-level client stakeholdersComfortable managing multiple workstreams, vendors and delivery partners in a complex environmentSaudi-based or willing to travel to Saudi Arabia for the majority of the working weekConsulting background +5 yearsArabic speaking is a plusPMP certification is a plusKey responsibilitiesLead the overall Governance and PMO function across the transformationManage and coach an experienced team covering programme governance, reporting, planning, risks, issues and dependenciesOwn executive governance forums, Steering Committee preparation and senior client reportingConsolidate programme performance and provide clear visibility of priorities, risks and decisions requiredChallenge workstream leads and drive actions through to resolutionCoordinate across client teams, vendors and service providersAct as a senior point of contact for the client on overall programme performance and governance
