This role combines Epic application expertise, technical leadership, workflow optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to drive innovative solutions that improve patient and caregiver experiences.This position is ideal for a senior Epic professional who has successfully led build initiatives, partnered with operational leaders, and delivered solutions spanning multiple Epic applications.What You'll DoLead Epic application build, design, testing, implementation, optimization, and support activities.Serve as a technical lead and escalation point for complex application issues.Partner with operational, clinical, and business stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.Drive patient engagement and digital health initiatives.Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple Epic applications and workflows.Support workflow redesign, process improvements, and system optimization efforts.Maintain documentation, change management activities, and application lifecycle best practices.Required QualificationsExperience8+ years of Information Technology experience.Experience supporting healthcare applications through the full system development lifecycle.Demonstrated experience leading technical projects, application build efforts, or implementation initiatives.Experience working directly with operational and business stakeholders.Epic ExperienceStrong experience supporting patient-facing Epic applications, including:MyChartAmbulatory (AMB)CadenceHealthy PlanetPatient engagement initiativesSelf-scheduling workflowsMyChart messagingCertificationsTwo (2) Epic Certifications required.Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification required.Highly valued certifications include:Epic AmbulatoryEpic CadenceAdditional Epic certifications supporting patient engagement and digital communication workflowsIdeal BackgroundWe're particularly interested in professionals who have:Led patient-facing Epic build initiativesDesigned and implemented MyChart, Ambulatory, Cadence, or Healthy Planet solutionsSupported patient outreach initiatives and engagement programsDeveloped cross-functional solutions spanning multiple Epic applicationsPartnered closely with operational leaders to improve workflows and user experiencesDemonstrated interest in emerging digital health trends and innovationEducationBachelor's Degree requiredCodeworks, an LRS Company, is an equal opportunity employer.
