The role will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve patient and stakeholder experience.Job Responsibilities Lead Epic application design, build, upgrades, enhancements, and support.Drive patient-facing solutions across MyChart, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Healthy Planet.Lead cross-application workflows, patient outreach campaigns, and digital health initiatives.Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.Develop technical roadmaps, identify process improvements, and manage project deliverables.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and recommendations to management.Present complex technical solutions, risks, and recommendations to leadership.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
