Digital Learning Designer | London/Hertfordshire UKPossibl Search is pleased to be hiring on behalf of an international construction engineering firm in London, for a brand new Digital Learning Designer position to design and deliver engaging digital learning experiences that support onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and strategic upskilling across a growing organisation at an exciting time of positive change.You would be joining an established HR team with a mature CoE set up, partnering with learning and organisational development to enhance the learning offering.What you’ll do:Create impactful e-learning, toolkits, and blended learning solutionsPartner with subject matter experts to turn complex topics into engaging learningBuild and manage content within an LMS environmentUse data and learner insights to continuously improve learning outcomesDevelop innovative, learner-focused digital experiences across desktop and mobileWhat we’re looking for:Experience in instructional design and digital learning content creationStrong skills with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline & Rise) and LMS platformsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at senior levelsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience in technical expert sectors is a bonusIf you enjoy turning ideas into engaging learning experiences that drive real business impact, we’d love to hear from you.Please note - Hybrid (2-3 days in office) with occasional travel to Dublin and other UK sites.
