• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
• Manage social media channels and create engaging marketing content.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for existing and prospective clients.🔹 Requirements
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Account Management.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to communicate professionally with local and international clients.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and online advertising.
• Basic knowledge of servers, hosting, hardware, networking, and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools in daily work.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.🔹 Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Web Hosting services.
• Understanding of Dedicated Servers and Colocation services.
• Familiarity with Data Center operations.
• Basic networking knowledge.
