We’re lean, ambitious, and still have plenty to build, which means there’s real opportunity to shape what comes next. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership, not a narrow lane. You'll drive the marketing programs that generate pipeline and build brand visibility, sitting at the intersection of events, digital content, and partner marketing. One week you might be launching a paid social campaign or scripting a webinar; the next, prototyping a growth experiment or shaping a new lead magnet with AI tools. We're looking for someone technical enough to be self-sufficient (HubSpot, HTML, analytics) and creative enough to make things people actually want to engage with. This is a hands-on role: you'll be the one writing the copy, editing the video, building the landing page, and fixing the HubSpot record, not just briefing someone else to do it.You'll report directly to the CMO and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Tech, giving you visibility across the business and a direct line from your work to company results.Key responsibilitiesManage social media presence (content strategy, calendar, community, and analytics).Design, run, and optimize paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) aligned with commercial goals.Produce audiovisual content for social media and campaigns, using content-creation tools and generative AI tools (image, video, copy).Make changes and improvements to the website (basic HTML/CSS, landing pages, conversion optimization).Manage and leverage HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation): workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, campaign reporting.Design and run growth experiments (A/B testing, new channels, new value propositions, funnels) with an analytical, fast-learning approach.Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure consistency across marketing, sales, and product.Organize, set up, and run webinars, from planning and promotion through to hosting and follow-up.Actively explore and apply AI tools to scale content production and campaign efficiency.About you3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment or a creative agency.Fluent Spanish and English (C1 or above), spoken and written.Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.Hands-on experience with HubSpot (experience with other CRMs is also valued).Prior experience managing social ads campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, or other platforms).Proficiency with audiovisual content creation tools (video/image editing for social media — e.g. [Canva, CapCut, Premiere — specify actual stack]).Regular, practical use of AI tools applied to marketing (content generation, copy, image, automation).Basic knowledge of HTML and general web management (CMS, landing pages…).Experience with analytics tools (GA4, reporting dashboards).Autonomy and self-initiative.Curiosity and continuous learning (especially around AI and new tools).Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration (marketing, sales, product).Results-oriented, comfortable working with metrics.Analytical, technical profile combined with creative sensibility: able to generate ideas and bring them to life.Growth mindset: proactive in proposing and testing experiments, not just executing what's already defined.Previous experience in hospitality, ESG, B2B sales, or fast-paced startup environments would be a plus.Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish would be valued. In the first month, you will:Get up to speed on Ecostars’ product, customer base, and current marketing stack.Take ownership of the content calendar and begin independently planning and publishing content across digital channels.Understand our CRM methodology and identify where leads are currently falling through the cracks in the funnel. In the first 3 months, you will:Be planning and running paid social campaigns end to end, tied to commercial goals.Have organized and hosted your first webinar, from promotion through to follow-up.Have shipped your first lead magnet or content asset and be tracking its performance.Have produced your first client-interview video — a testimonial, case study, or success story. In the first 6 months, you will:Have run several growth experiments and be feeding the results back into strategy.Have a clean, reliable HubSpot pipeline, with leads routed and tagged without manual chasing.Be a trusted, visible partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Tech, not just "marketing support."What we offerCompetitive and honest salary. 30.000 - 35.000 euros (gross annual salary).Permanent contractHybrid (Madrid): 3 office days/week.
