This is not a reporting role.Your primary focus will be channel effectiveness measurement, campaign analytics and audience intelligence — helping digital marketing leaders understand how campaigns are performing across the advisor and investor journey, which audiences are responding, where budget and attention should shift, and what the next best action is. You'll work directly with heads of digital, campaign owners, and channel leads as a trusted analytical partner in their weekly decision-making.You'll combine data, business context, and LLM-powered analysis to improve marketing performance across awareness, engagement, pipeline, and client growth. Financial services experience is preferred; wealth or asset management experience is a strong advantage.Financial services experience is preferred, but strong B2B marketing analytics experience is essential. What You'll DoYou'll work across the full marketing funnel to generate insights and drive action.Campaign analytics Collaborate on end-to-end campaign measurement — planning the measurement approach, tracking in-flight performance, and delivering post-campaign readouts to digital marketing leaders.Analyze performance across paid media, email, web, social, SEO, events, and sales activation, connecting channel activity to downstream pipeline and AUM-relevant outcomes.Run and interpret experiments, A/B tests, and attribution analysis; recommend concrete budget, creative, and channel-mix changes.Build measurement frameworks and KPI dashboards that translate marketing objectives into a shared definition of success.Audience intelligenceDevelop and refine audience segments across advisors, RIAs, intermediaries, institutions, defined benefits, etc. Analyze engagement and content-consumption patterns to identify high-intent audiences, under-served segments, and cross-sell signals.Partner with CDP and MarTech owners to activate audiences into campaigns, and measure whether the segmentation actually improves outcomes.Use LLMs to classify, cluster, and summarize unstructured signals — content engagement, event and webinar interactions, sales notes, survey verbatims — into audience insight leaders can act on.Insight delivery and orchestrationDevelop executive-ready insight narratives that explain what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next.Connect insights from multiple platforms into a single marketing story rather than isolated channel reporting.Help orchestrate activity across the client's MarTech stack, ensuring campaigns are coordinated and data flows cleanly between systems.Work with Bloom AI's agentic analytics capabilities to automate recurring analysis and surface proactive recommendations.Present findings to marketing leadership and influence decisions through clear storytelling.Core SkillsMarketing & campaign analyticsStrong understanding of B2B and B2B2C marketing funnels and customer journeys.Hands-on experience measuring campaign performance across digital channels.Familiarity with demand generation, lead management, nurture programs, and pipeline reporting.Comfort with attribution models, incrementality thinking, and test design.Ability to connect marketing metrics to business outcomes.Audience & segmentationExperience building, activating, and evaluating audience segments.Familiarity with CDPs, personalization, intent data, and first-party data strategy.Understanding of consent, privacy, and compliance constraints in regulated financial marketing.LLM and AI fluencyPractical working knowledge of large language models and how to apply them to marketing analysis — summarization, classification, entity extraction, theme detection, and synthesis across unstructured sources.Effective prompt design, including structuring prompts for consistent, reviewable output.Working familiarity with core concepts: context windows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings and semantic search, structured output, evaluation, and agentic workflows.Sound judgment about model limitations — hallucination, bias, drift — and how to validate LLM output before it reaches a client.Awareness of data handling, PII, and governance considerations when using AI tools with client and prospect data.Marketing technology — experience with several of the following:SalesforceAdobe Experience CloudMarketoGoogle Analytics / Adobe AnalyticsCDPsAdobe WorkfrontAdobe TargetGoogle Search & Ads ConsoleCampaign management and marketing automation platformsUnderstanding how data moves across marketing systems matters more than expertise in any single platform.CommunicationExcellent presentation and storytelling skills.Ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences.Comfortable facilitating discussions with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders.Bonus PointsExperience within financial services, asset management, insurance, or wealth management.Exposure to customer journey analytics or marketing attribution.Experience using AI tools for marketing analysis and workflow automation.Familiarity with customer segmentation, personalization, or CDPs.Experience supporting executive marketing reporting.Who You Are3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or marketing strategy.Curious and naturally analytical—you enjoy finding patterns others miss.Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information.Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Strong collaborator who enjoys working across marketing, technology, and analytics teams.Passionate about improving how marketing organizations make decisions. Why Bloom AIWork alongside leading global financial institutions transforming marketing with AI.Exposure to modern marketing analytics, AI, and agentic workflows.Opportunity to influence enterprise marketing strategy rather than simply produce reports.Collaborative, high-performance culture built around ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning.Competitive compensation with strong growth opportunities.
