Digital Marketing Assistant (Part-Time Student Intern)

Stormore Home Solutions is looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Marketing Intern to help grow our brand and support our overall marketing efforts.This role will take the lead on social media and content creation, while also supporting digital advertising, our website, SEO, email marketing, and other marketing initiatives.We’re looking for someone with some marketing experience who has a great eye for content, keeps up with digital trends, and is excited to bring new ideas to the table.The position is predominantly in person at our Surrey office, with shift timing flexibility.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & ContentManage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, and other social channelsPlan and create Reels, Stories, posts, and other engaging contentCapture photo and video content of projects, products, and our showroomWrite on-brand captions and marketing copyStay current on trends and identify new content opportunitiesDigital MarketingSupport and optimize Google and Meta advertising campaignsMonitor campaign performance, lead generation, and ROIUpdate website content through WordPressSupport SEO, blogs, landing pages, and email marketingBrand & MarketingCreate marketing materials for promotions, events, and our showroomHelp maintain a consistent brand across all marketing channelsBring forward new ideas to grow brand awareness and generate leadsExplore ways AI and new technology can improve our marketingAnalyticsTrack social, website, and advertising performanceShare key insights and recommendations with the teamQualifications1+ years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a related roleStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and current social trendsComfortable creating and editing photo and video contentStrong writing skills and a good eye for designCreative, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownershipExperience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, Google Analytics, or SEO is an assetCurrent student studying a related fieldWhy Join Stormore?Stormore Home Solutions is a family-owned Surrey business that has been creating custom home solutions since 1988.
