We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Associate to help build our brand and acquire our first customers in Chennai.ResponsibilitiesManage Instagram content strategy, calendar and growth.Plan and execute Meta/Instagram ad campaigns.Develop and test ad concepts, hooks, audiences and creatives.Track CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion and ROAS.Identify and coordinate with Chennai-based influencers and creators.Build and manage UGC campaigns.Research trends, competitors and content opportunities.Work closely with the in-house Graphic Designer/Video Editor to produce and iterate content quickly.Analyse results and continuously improve campaigns and content.Requirements1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, D2C, FMCG or startup environments.Strong understanding of Instagram and Meta Ads.Good understanding of content and influencer marketing.Strong communication and copywriting skills.Analytical and creative mindset.Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup.Canva/CapCut and AI tools experience is a plus.Ideal candidate: Someone who can both think creatively and execute hands-on, rather than simply manage social media.Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month depending on experience.
