About the jobXenon Health, a US-based healthcare management company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate for a full-time, fully on-site position in Quezon City, working night shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours. The Digital Marketing Associate will support the company’s online presence by managing and updating website content, implementing SEO strategies, creating and editing digital publications and video content, and assisting in the development of visual and written marketing materials aligned with the company's brand and objectives.ResponsibilitiesManage and update website content, pages, and other website elements.Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.Create and edit digital publications, ensuring content is visually engaging and aligned with the brand.Edit video content for social media, including short-form videos and other digital content.Assist in developing visual and written content aligned with the company's brand and marketing objectives.Preferred SkillsExperience in social media marketing, including content planning, creation, and management.Experience managing websites, particularly Shopify or WordPress.Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms.Basic to intermediate video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.Pay range and compensation package$7/hour base rate$120/month transportation allowance$2/day coffee allowance
