Crest Nicholson is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their team.The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the online presence and digital engagement of our brand, supporting our premium positioning as a leading UK housebuilder. This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of high-impact digital marketing initiatives that communicate the unique value of our homes and developments across multiple digital channels.Working closely with the Head of Digital, the coordinator will contribute to the planning, creation, and optimisation of digital content and campaigns—including website updates, email marketing, SEO, and property portal listings. The aim is to drive lead generation, improve customer experience, and reinforce our reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and innovation.This role supports both head office and divisional sales teams, ensuring digital content is aligned with brand messaging, meets quality standards, and is delivered on time. The successful candidate will help shape the customer journey online, using data-driven insights to improve performance and engagement across all digital touchpoints.As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of the Group Marketing team, reporting to the Group Head of Digital. The marketing function sits within the Group Sales and Marketing department, which oversees the company’s prospecting, marketing, sales, customer journey, brand, digital, and communications activitiesPrincipal Duties or Responsibilities:The position will encompass a range of responsibilities related to digital marketing, optimisation, and performance analysis, all with a focus on the premium housebuilding sector, including;Campaign Execution & Channel ManagementCoordinate and support digital marketing campaigns across email PPC, SEO, display, and property portals (e.g. Rightmove, New Homes for Sale)Assist in the creation, scheduling, and deployment of customer milestone marketing campaigns using marketing automation platformsMonitor and optimise ensuring alignment with KPIsSupport SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content updatesEnsure consistent brand messaging and visual standards across all digital channelsWebsite & Content ManagementMaintain and update website content using the Content Management System (CMS)Collaborate with divisional sales teams to ensure property listings, imagery, and development information are accurate and up to dateSupport UX improvements and contribute to enhancing the customer journey onlineCustomer Experience & Digital InnovationContribute to the development of new features, tools, and content that support customer engagement and satisfactionSupport testing and feedback loops to ensure digital enhancements meet user needsPerformance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hubspot and ExcelMonitor key metrics including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and cost per leadAssist in compiling monthly performance reports for divisional sales teams and senior stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for optimisation based on data insights and customer behaviourStakeholder Support & CollaborationHelp sales teams understand the digital customer experience which feeds into their sales pitchesContribute to cross-functional projects that enhance digital marketing operations and customer experienceAdditional Responsibilities:Acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content consistently reflects the premium quality and attention to detail synonymous with the Crest Nicholson brand.Support the Head of Digital with ad hoc project workSupporting the wider marketing team as requiredEssential Qualifications/AttributesWe are looking for people to join our Company who can demonstrate preferably all of the below:Experience:Proven background in digital marketing and/or marketingExperience within the housebuilding sector desired but not essentialQualifications:Educated to degree level in relevant field or equivalent experience desiredSkills:Experience with website CMS platforms, CRM systems for sales and marketing automation tools desirableFamiliarity with digital advertising platforms and SEO principlesStrong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and customer journey mappingExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProven ability to work well under pressureHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adaptAbility to build rapport and trust quickly to understand business issues and areas for improvementStrong collaboration skills to work effectively with wider team, divisions and external partnersThe CompanyOur people are at the heart of our business, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive.
