Digital Marketing Campaign Operations Coordinator Location: IT Park, ChandigarhShift: Day Shift | Job Type: Full-timeExperience: 1-2 YearAbout the RoleWe’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Campaign Operations Coordinator to support our international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will help implement and coordinate digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms. Working closely with our team in Lisbon, you will follow campaign briefs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and established workflows to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, reports are reviewed accurately, and updates are implemented on time.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and update Google Ads and paid social campaigns as per briefs and SOPs.Check campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, links, and settings for accuracy.Review performance reports and maintain campaign trackers and spreadsheets.Upload creatives, publish content, and implement campaign changes.Coordinate with the Lisbon team and provide timely updates.Monitor campaigns, flag issues, and ensure adherence to workflows.Requirements1+ year of experience in digital marketing or campaign operations.Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports.Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and learn new tools.Good to Have: Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions), and campaign reporting.Why Join Us?Competitive salary based on experience.Structured training and hands-on learning.Exposure to international teams and digital advertising campaigns.Opportunities to grow in campaign management and performance marketing.Interested?
