Estetica also delivers advanced scalp care solutions formulated with botanical extracts and modern technology, while maintaining a strong commitment to responsible sourcing and reduced environmental impact.As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible in planning, executing and managing online marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive website traffic and generate leads.What you will be doing:Work with Marketing Team to·   Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and content plans tailored to high-impact online platforms to expand brand presence and drive growth.·   End-to-end management of social media campaigns, including multimedia content creation, editorial scheduling, and active community engagement.·   Draft, edit, and proofread engaging blog posts and long-form digital content optimized for brand voice and audience retention.·   Monitor and review digital marketing performance, optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC) and campaign parameters to maximize overall ROI.·   Research online marketing trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behaviour to keep channel strategies current and relevant.·   Prepare clear monthly and quarterly performance reports for key stakeholders.Requirements:1.  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent2.  Proficient in photo and video editing skills3.  Familiar with creating, executing and evaluating online marketing campaigns4.  Independent with good communication skills5.  Strong interest in the beauty industry is a plus6.  Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pmAble to start immediately.
