Working alongside the Systems / Customer Service Executive, and Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving and implementing TLG’s digital marketing strategy.The successful candidate will be highly involved with a number of exciting projects to enhance our digital presence. The candidate will have the following attributes: analytical with creative flair, a keen eye for detail, strong awareness of the latest digital trends, and a continual focus on maximising awareness and return on investment.Key Role ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing the email marketing strategyManaging and enhancing all brand websitesWorking with agencies to create best in class photography and videography assetsWorking with the wider marketing team to create engaging campaignsCreating engaging copywriting including blogsGoogle analytics management and reportingSocial media management - paid and organic contentDeveloping and implementing the brand PPC and display advertising strategyEnsuring we have a digital presence on all third-party websitesReturn on investment and reporting focusedMaintenance and management of the e-commerce shopsGDPR compliance – company ambassadorConsistently growing and maintaining our customer databasesWork alongside third party agencies to ensure website copy is fully optimised for SEO purposesLoyalty schemes – day to day management and developmentThink ‘outside the box’ to produce show stopping and, most importantly, engaging contentAct as the line manager for the weekend social media customer service responders and ensure they have all the tools required to deliver in their role e.g. up-to-date business information and FAQsDesired Personal Skills and Experience2+ years’ digital marketing experiencePassion for analytics and identifying trendsStrong IT skills, preferably including the Adobe SuiteAbility to think creatively and create engaging contentFinger on the pulse with the latest marketing and customer trends and technologiesBring entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and driveBe self-motivated, and confident working independently and as a teamBe a true team player, with a positive, can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitudeBe an expert communicator (verbally and written) and relationship builderBe confident to converse with a wide range of people – ranging from internal stakeholders to suppliers and customersThe ability to manage multiple projects at one timeAre results driven, organised and focus on attention to detailWilling to travelHospitality experience is desired but not essential
