Vertus delivers integrated PMC and BIM/VDC services across the full project lifecycle.We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and marketing initiatives across the Project Management & BIM divisions. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for Vertus’ Project Management & BIM/VDC services.Generate qualified business leads through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, online platforms, and industry networking.Manage and strengthen Vertus’ presence across LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.Create and coordinate engaging marketing content, presentations, company profiles, brochures, case studies, and promotional materials.Conduct market research to identify new sectors, clients, projects, and business opportunities.Support client outreach, database development, lead nurturing, and follow-up activities.Coordinate with the Business Development team to convert marketing-generated leads into business opportunities.Monitor competitors, industry trends, upcoming projects, and market developments within the AEC and infrastructure sector.Support participation in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, business events, and industry forums.Maintain and regularly update marketing and prospect databases.Track marketing performance, lead generation, engagement, and campaign results. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field. Experience: Enthusiastic freshers with a strong learning attitude and growth mindset are welcome. Candidates with experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, or the AEC/Infrastructure sector will be preferred.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Requirements:Strong communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.Ability to generate and nurture quality business leads.Strong networking, PR, and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and digital marketing platforms.Creative thinking with a commercial and result-oriented approach.Strong research and market intelligence capabilities.Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and target-oriented personality.Ability to work closely with the Business Development and technical teams.Basic understanding of the AEC, construction, infrastructure, BIM, or Project Management industry will be an added advantage.
