With a portfolio of 800+ products across medical devices, dialysis supplies, patient consumables, infection control, ambulance equipment and hospital furniture, we serve healthcare institutions across India and international markets.We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and an authorised distribution partner for established healthcare brands, including Philips, Yuwell, Devay, Hero, ZP Mediheal among others.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and generate qualified B2B leads from hospitals, dialysis centres, healthcare institutions and medical equipment distributors.The candidate will manage digital campaigns, website and SEO activities, social media, paid advertising and WhatsApp marketing, working closely with the sales team to translate digital engagement into business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on brand visibility and qualified lead generation.Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, social media platforms and relevant Meta advertising campaigns.Maintain and optimise the company website, product pages, blogs and landing pages for SEO and lead conversion.Develop engaging content, campaign creatives and product-focused marketing materials.Execute WhatsApp Business API-based campaigns, email marketing and lead automation initiatives.Capture, track and coordinate digital leads with the sales team through CRM or other lead management tools.Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and advertising dashboards.Analyse leads, conversion rates and campaign costs to improve marketing effectiveness.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid campaigns, SEO and social media management.Working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.Experience with website content management, content writing and basic creative tools such as Canva.Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API platforms, CRM tools, email marketing and lead automation.Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.Experience in healthcare, medical devices or B2B marketing will be an advantage.What We ExpectA results-oriented professional who can independently execute campaigns, generate qualified leads, analyse performance and work closely with the sales team to support business growth.
