Digital Marketing Executive / Paid Social Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive / Paid Social Specialist to manage the execution of our digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns. We provide all photos, videos, and marketing content, you will focus on strategy execution, campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis.This is NOT a content creator role.We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in paid advertising, social media management, and digital marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Post and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.Manage Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.Create the ads setup, targeting, testing, and optimization.Analyze performance, data, and prepare reports.Manage social media messages and inquiries.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Paid Social Specialist, Performance Marketing Specialist, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other paid advertising platforms.Experience in campaign optimization, audience targeting, and budget management.Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven decisions.Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing tools is an advantage.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Portfolios or samples of previous campaigns are highly advantageous.
