We are looking for a digital marketing professional to support campaigns for our residential and commercial developments across the UAE.The roleYou will support campaigns from concept through performance analysis and optimization, contributing to brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple digital channels.Key responsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of integrated campaigns across social media, email, search, display, and content platformsAssist in creating and managing content calendars (social posts, blog articles, video scripts, newsletters) aligned with project launches and sales cyclesAssist in managing paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels, helping optimize for lead generation and ROITrack performance in analytics tools and help prepare monthly KPI reports with actionable insightsWork with sales, communications, and creative teams to keep messaging consistent and deliverables on timeWhat we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or B2C sectorsProficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, and CMS platformsStrong written and verbal EnglishPreferredReal estate or property marketing experienceGoogle Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Blueprint certificationKnowledge of real estate CRM and lead management platformsVideo content creation or graphic design skills
