Aptech also focuses on employability through job placement support, workplace skills training, and regular workshops, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.Role Description The Digital Marketing Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. The faculty member will design and deliver digital marketing curricula, including lectures, practical sessions, and project-based learning aligned with industry standards. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching core marketing concepts, guiding students in applied projects, and assessing performance through assignments and examinations. The role involves mentoring learners on career paths, staying current with digital marketing trends and tools, and contributing to course updates and academic quality improvement. The faculty member will collaborate with colleagues to organize workshops, guest lectures, and industry-focused activities that enhance student employability.Qualifications Ability to teach and apply core marketing concepts, including Marketing and Marketing Management.Strong analytical skills in Market Research and Consumer Behavior.Experience in academic or applied Research relevant to digital marketing.Proficiency with major digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., social media, search, email, analytics).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media Studies, or a related discipline.Previous teaching, training, or corporate instructional experience is preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.Ability to design practical assignments, evaluate student work fairly, and provide constructive feedback.Comfort working with diverse learners and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory educational practices.
