We work across sectors including healthcare, education, B2B and emerging businesses.We also run an education vertical, which works with 200+ schools to give students research-backed guidance on admissions, financial planning, and scholarships across India and internationally.What You’ll Work OnPaid Media & CampaignsSupport the setup, monitoring and optimisation of campaigns across Google Ads and Meta AdsConduct keyword, audience and competitor researchAssist with ad copy, campaign structures and landing-page recommendationsTrack campaign performance including CTR, CPC, conversions, leads and acquisition costsHelp identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and lead qualitySEO & SearchConduct keyword and competitor researchAssist with on-page SEO across client websitesResearch content opportunities based on search demandHelp optimise website pages, blogs, titles, metadata and internal linkingTrack search rankings, traffic and organic performanceSupport local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation where relevantAnalytics & ReportingWork with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Tag ManagerHelp build and maintain campaign and client performance reportsAnalyse website traffic, user behaviour, leads and conversionsSpot trends and translate data into clear recommendationsHelp ensure marketing activity is properly tracked rather than judged only by platform metricsContent & Social MediaResearch content ideas and industry trendsCoordinate with writers and designers to get content producedAssist with publishing and maintaining content calendarsReview performance and recommend what content should be repeated, changed or stoppedWebsites & ConversionReview client websites from a user and conversion perspectiveAssist with updating WordPress websites where requiredTest landing pages, forms, links, tracking and user journeysResearch competitor websites and identify opportunities to improve conversionResearch & Growth ProjectsYou may also work on on specific projects related to:Market and competitor researchCustomer acquisition strategyNew-market researchAI/search visibilityLead-generation programmesSales funnel analysisMarketing technology and automationClient proposals and presentationsWho We’re Looking ForSomeone who learns quickly and takes ownership. You should have:Strong written and spoken EnglishGood research skillsComfort working with numbers and spreadsheetsA basic understanding of digital marketingCuriosity about how Google, social platforms and websites influence customer acquisitionStrong attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesA willingness to learn new tools independentlyKnowledge of any of the following is a plus:Google Ads - Meta Ads Manager - GA4 - Google Search Console - Google Tag Manager - SEO tools - WordPress - Canva - Excel / Google Sheets - AI toolsWhat You’ll LearnThis internship will give you practical exposure to every aspect of digital and growth marketing.
