Team members collaborate closely to improve local mobility, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the city’s tourism ecosystem.Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is an on-site internship based in Varanasi. The intern will support daily digital marketing activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to promote KiaraHub’s services and brand. Responsibilities include assisting with online campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, conducting basic market and competitor research, and helping optimize digital touchpoints such as social profiles and listings. The intern will also collaborate with the team to engage local audiences, respond to online inquiries or comments, and contribute ideas to improve customer reach and retention. This role offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment with exposure to city-focused mobility and tourism marketing.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to manage and grow KiaraHub’s digital presence.Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to support campaign execution and performance tracking.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage audiences and collaborate with team members.Basic understanding of content creation (text, images, short videos) for digital platforms is beneficial.Interest in urban mobility, tourism, or local culture in Varanasi is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, manage time effectively, and learn quickly in a startup environment.Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
