This is a full-time, on-site internship suitable for freshers, students, and candidates looking to start their career in digital marketing.The intern will assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities to promote Brilliant Info Systems’ Industry 4.0 solutions. The role will involve managing social media content, creating and scheduling posts, supporting online campaigns, updating website content, and conducting basic market and competitor research.You will also work with web analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement. The role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in B2B digital marketing, content creation, social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.Based on performance and suitability, successful completion of the internship may lead to an opportunity for full-time employment with the company.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Create, edit, and schedule social media posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.Support digital marketing and online promotional campaigns.Assist with email marketing activities and website content updates.Conduct basic competitor and market research.Monitor social media and campaign performance using analytics tools.Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements.Coordinate with internal teams to collect content and maintain brand consistency.Assist in creating promotional content for Brilliant Info Systems’ software, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions.Qualifications & SkillsFreshers and students/recent graduates are welcome to apply.Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Marketing.Basic knowledge of SEO, content creation, and email marketing.Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation.Basic understanding of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools is an advantage.Good written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with an interest in learning new digital marketing tools and techniques.Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.Interest in Industry 4.0, technology, automation, or B2B marketing is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in Pune.Experience: Freshers / Students / Recent GraduatesInternship Duration: 3–6 Months
