Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support our staffingand recruitment marketing activities. The primary focus of this role will be LinkedInMarketing and B2B Digital Marketing initiatives to generate leads, build brand presence,and drive engagement within the HR and Staffing ecosystem. This is an excellentopportunity for freshers and recent graduates to start their career in digital marketing withreal-time, hands-on exposure to data-driven online campaigns.Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn page and leadership profiles. Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns (organic & paid if applicable). Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach and content strategy. Assist with SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis Support paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn. Use AI tools to draft content, generate ideas, and improve efficiency. Support email marketing and other digital campaigns. Monitor analytics and prepare basic performance reports. Coordinate with the sales/recruitment team to align marketing efforts with businessgoals.Eligibility Freshers and Recent graduates from Marketing, Business Administration, MassCommunication, Digital Media, or related fields. Candidates who have completed a digital marketing course, certification or priorInternship experience in related field are encouraged to apply.Skills Strong understanding of LinkedIn Marketing & B2B Marketing. Knowledge of graphic design platforms is preferred (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) Understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and paid advertising platforms. Knowledge of lead generation strategies. Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI) for content creation andcampaign work. Digital Marketing certification (Google / HubSpot / Meta / any recognized platformpreferred) A portfolio of academic, personal, or freelance projects is an advantage.What You Will Learn Practical experience in digital marketing and campaign management. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and marketing tools. Collaboration with design, sales, and product teams.
