The intern will support the marketing team by assisting in planning and executing digital campaigns, with a focus on promoting residential projects and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing basic reports. The intern will help track web and social analytics, contribute ideas for online promotions, and engage with inquiries and comments on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaign execution across key platforms.Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to assist with tracking performance and optimizing initiatives.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to create clear content and engage with audiences.Basic understanding of real estate or an interest in the property sector is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Colombo, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with common social media tools, analytics dashboards, and content creation platforms is an advantage.
