Digital Marketing Manager - EcommerceGold Coast | Full-time | $110K–$130K + SuperThe RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing and e-commerce growth across two growing brands.This is a great opportunity for an experienced agency marketer looking to move in-house, or a performance marketer ready to take greater ownership of commercial results.You’ll be responsible for Google & Meta, Shopify, CRO, lead generation and campaign performance, working closely with social and web specialists.What We’re Looking For6+ years’ digital marketing experienceStrong hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experienceExperience managing meaningful advertising budgetsStrong e-commerce / Shopify experienceSolid understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion & attributionExperience with CRM/email automation (HubSpot highly regarded)Confident using AI as part of your everyday workflowWhat You’ll DoOwn and optimise Google & Meta campaigns across significant budgetsDrive e-commerce growth through Shopify, CRO and landing pagesMonitor and improve ROAS, CAC, conversion and lead qualityBuild HubSpot email campaigns and automationsImprove the customer journey from ad → conversion → saleUse AI and automation to improve efficiency and performanceWHO ARE WE?We're a results-driven digital agency partnering with some of the world's most recognisable brands to deliver high-impact marketing solutions.
