Digital Marketing Manager

BONDI WASH and its sister brand WASH WILD are looking for a Marketing Manager to help support the global growth of both businesses. This is excellent opportunity for someone highly motivated to develop and grow with the brands and in the marketing function.BONDI WASH launched in 2013 with the vision to bring Australian botanicals to the world through a range of very natural fragrant products for the home and body. Our sister brand WASH WILD launched in 2021 with the same vision, with a more accessible range focused on more mainstream distribution channels. Products are sold in 32 countries around the world with key markets of Germany, China and Korea.We are a small team based in Paddington, NSW with an office in Milan, Italy working a very supportive and collaborative environment.Responsibilities include:Develop digital marketing plans and activitiesManage social media plans in line with strategic goals and brand visionAnalyse marketing performance and prepare regular reportsAssist international distributors with regional content if requiredOversee and manage engaging content creation in line with brand values and visionInput into new product development from a marketing lensManage regular digital communications and flows to customersOversee the website and input into its development and maintenanceLead experimentation with AI tools to enable improved marketing workflowsMonitor and report on campaign, channel and CRM performance  QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAn eye for design3+ years' experience in marketingRelevant industry experience - premium brand, cosnumer goods retail, health & beautyExperience in digital marketing and content creationExcellent written and analytical capabilitiesAbility to multi-taskStrong attention to detailKindness and a collaborative work ethicPlease email your resume to careers@bondiwash.com.au if you're interested in applying.
