In a climate of financial volatility, CPA’s state-of-the-art systems help clients respond quickly to changing conditions and safeguard ongoing trading success.Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, with a minimum of 3 days on-site, based near our HQ office in the London Area, United Kingdom. We are looking for a creative, data-loving B2B Digital Marketing Manager to join our Sales/Commercial team. Think campaigns, CRM journeys, content that connects, and a whole lot of teamwork. You will take ownership of our NEW digital marketing strategy end-to-end to attract new members (customers) to either sign up on-line (for SME's) or request a 1-2-1 for larger corporations. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that promote CPA’s credit management services and strengthen brand visibility across online channels. Day-to-day activities include managing social media platforms, coordinating online lead generation initiatives for Sales, monitoring web analytics, and refining campaigns based on performance data. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing messaging with business objectives, develop content for digital channels, and ensure a consistent brand voice across the company. The role also involves overseeing digital marketing budget, reporting on campaign results, and identifying new opportunities to reach target audiences in the U.K. business sector. Qualifications / Key Responsibilities Candidates should possess and proven strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience developing and managing integrated online campaigns.Candidates should possess B-2B Social Media Marketing skills, including managing multiple platforms and creating engaging, audience-specific content.Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including designing and executing digital strategies that drive qualified inquiries and conversions.Experience in B2B or financial services marketing, including familiarity with credit management or related sectors, is beneficial.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environment.Proficiency with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM systems, paid advertising channels) is essential.A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
