Digital Marketing Manager

Alankaram, a leading luxury furniture manufacturer, is seeking a results-driven and strategic-minded Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at the head office in Pithampur. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on SEO, paid digital advertising, and social media marketing, to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.

Location: Pithampur (Sector 3)Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, increase brand visibility, and drive online sales.Manage and optimize the company's website for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings, increase traffic, and enhance user experience.Plan, execute, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and other relevant channels.Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to foster brand engagement and awareness.Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and continuous improvement.Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing.Demonstrated success in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive tangible results.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and SEO tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage a marketing team.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
