About World of BusinessWorld of Business is a full-service digital marketing agency delivering social media management, performance marketing, content creation, branding, graphic design, photography, video production, and influencer marketing services.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Performance Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, and Production departments, with department heads and team leaders reporting directly to this role.You will be responsible for the strategic direction, quality, and effectiveness of client work across these functions. This requires substantial knowledge of each discipline and the ability to assess output, diagnose problems, and guide teams toward stronger results.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee client marketing strategies, connecting business objectives with audience insights, messaging, channels, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Directly manage department heads and team leaders, setting clear priorities, responsibilities, and quality expectations.
• Ensure content, paid media, design, and production work together toward consistent client and campaign objectives.
• Review campaign performance with the media buying team, challenge recommendations, and guide improvements in targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, tracking, and conversion performance.
• Evaluate content strategies, concepts, copy, and social media plans for relevance, originality, brand consistency, and marketing effectiveness.
• Review graphic design and campaign creatives, providing actionable direction on visual communication, brand alignment, and suitability for the intended audience and channel.
• Oversee production and editing quality, reviewing concepts, briefs, shoot plans, photography, video storytelling, pacing, sound, and final output.
• Establish effective review and approval processes with department leaders, addressing quality issues early while maintaining timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Account Management to clarify briefs, align client expectations, and translate feedback into clear team actions.
• Balance priorities and delivery requirements against available team capacity.
• Coach team leaders, address recurring performance gaps, and follow through on improvement actions.
• Use campaign results and client feedback to improve future strategies, content, creative, and production decisions.What We’re Looking For
• At least 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, including experience within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Demonstrated experience directly managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing multiple client accounts.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate client business objectives into practical marketing plans.
• In-depth working knowledge of performance marketing, content strategy, social media, graphic design, video editing, and production.
• A strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok advertising, campaign measurement, and digital analytics.
• The ability to explain what makes content, designs, and videos effective—and provide specific, practical feedback to improve them.
• Proven examples of improving campaign results, creative quality, team performance, or delivery processes.
• Strong leadership, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong command of Arabic and English.
