We are a preferred partner for several leading healthcare organisations due to the high quality of our products and services.Role Overview:Shopify Management: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.), and landing page optimisationPerformance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Manage significant budgets with a focus on scaling CAC/ROASRetention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated toolsCopywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions, and email campaignsData Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journeyLeadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative outputRequirementsNative English Speaker: Essential for high-level communication and copywritingShopify Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystemManagement Proven: Ability to show a track record of scaling an e-commerce brand

Technical Skills
