Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Amaya Restaurant & Lounge in Dubai. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive footfall, and promote special events and offerings. The specialist will manage social media channels, create engaging content tailored to the brand’s lifestyle positioning, and ensure consistent visual and verbal messaging across platforms. Day-to-day duties include monitoring web analytics, tracking campaign performance, managing online listings and reviews, coordinating with creative and operations teams, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The role also involves staying informed on digital trends in hospitality and contributing ideas that support Amaya’s art-led, guest-centric brand experience.QualificationsStrong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated campaigns.Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, community management, and platform-specific best practices.Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data.Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and engaging online audiences.Previous experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B brands is highly beneficial.Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising (e.g., Meta, Google Ads), and email marketing is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
