DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Performance Marketing | E-commerceWe’re looking for a data-driven and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh.This role is for someone who understands that great marketing is more than launching campaigns — it’s about analyzing data, optimizing performance, scaling what works, and driving measurable business growth.What You’ll Do* Own and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.* Manage significant advertising budgets and maximize ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.* Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.* Monitor tracking, attribution, and user journeys using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).* Build clear performance reports and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.* Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to drive continuous growth across our e-commerce channels.What We’re Looking For* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.* Strong experience in E-commerce and paid acquisition.* Proven experience managing campaigns across at least two major advertising platforms.* Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of SAR 100,000+.* Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, Conversion Rate, and other key performance metrics.* Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Excel, and Google Sheets.* Experience with Salla, Zid, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.* Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia💼 Full-time🏢 On-site / HybridIf you're passionate about performance, growth, and building scalable e-commerce campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.Apply directly through LinkedIn.#Hiring #PerformanceMarketing #DigitalMarketing #Ecommerce #GrowthMarketing #PaidMedia #RiyadhJobs #SaudiJobs
