About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to join our growing team in Amman (Abu Nuseir). This is a "Training-to-Hire" position designed to transition into a permanent full-time role upon successful completion of the training period.Key planned Responsibilities:
- Build a strong understanding of Aspar’s engineering products, HVAC solutions, and B2B services.
- Plan, design, and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google).
- Manage email marketing campaigns and technical client outreach.
- Optimize website content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Assist with basic website content updates and digital asset creation.Preferred Backgrounds & Majors:
- Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science/Programming, Graphic Design, Psychology, or Public Relations.
- Passion for technology, digital marketing trends, and B2B communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
