As the expert in online advertising, the Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize the company pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO) strategy and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques targeted towards accelerating Direct to Consumer and Direct to Physician strategies. The role will drive website optimization, providing monthly analytics and insights surrounding performance and manage Electromed’s email marketing platform and social media channels. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a technical marketing thinker who brings best practices and an eye for detail to maximize the company’s digital impact.Job Outcomes You Must Get: Drive Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Direct to Physician (DTP) digital marketing strategy through lead generation and top goal conversions.Optimize ROI of paid advertising campaigns using SEO, bid management, keyword research, campaign building and testing.Decide on appropriate placement of ads, monitoring performance, budget, and ROI.Measure digital traffic and report on analytics of ad campaigns and keyword strategies to stakeholders.Maintain website performance with consistent SEO management, focusing on metadata for optimizing top goal conversions and maintaining top keyword performance.Measure and report on website analytics, page performance and KPIs. Propose and publish digital marketing content to align with SEO management.Develop, execute and optimize email marketing campaigns within multiple business segments to drive engagement and lead nurturing.Analyze email marketing performance KPIs and translate insights into recommendations for continuous improvement. Brainstorm and implement conversion tests.Manage company social media channels and social PPC advertising.Report on competitor online presence.Job Outcomes Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field3+ years experience with digital advertising and PPC managementProven experience with SEO, keyword research and content strategyExperience building and deploying email campaigns and audience segmentsKnowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement preferred Experience managing Social Media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn)Prior medical device experience or marketing within the healthcare field a plusExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detailKnowledge of website content management systems (WordPress)Experience with CRM platforms for lead generation and lead managementGoogle Ads/Google Analytics certification desiredKnowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with the ability to effectively manage several projects at onceThe compensation range for this position is $82,000 to $100,000 annually with the final agreed upon rate to be based on individual experience, skills, and qualifications.
