Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesOwn end-to-end digital marketing activities (social media, content, email, paid campaigns)Drive lead generation initiatives in collaboration with the business teamAnalyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights and KPIsEnsure brand consistency and positioning across all channelsConduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decisionsManage marketing timelines, budgets, and external partnersIdentify growth opportunities and recommend new marketing initiatives

Requirements

4–5+ years of experience in digital marketingStrong expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM)Proven ability to plan and execute data-driven campaignsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCommercial awareness with a results-driven mindsetExperience in the tech/software industry is a strong plus
