Digital Marketing Specialist

About usL'ETO Group is a hospitality group with multiple brands, including cafés, restaurants, patisserie and delivery, across 20+ locations in 7+ EMEA markets.The roleWe're looking for a hands-on digital marketer to run the day-to-day digital side of our brands in the UAE: the delivery store, websites, digital menus and paid campaigns. You'll be the person who keeps all of it accurate and up to date, and who is always looking for ways to do it faster with AI.It's a busy, practical role. Menus change, promotions go live at short notice, and a wrong price on one platform needs fixing the same day. If you like keeping a lot of moving parts in order and enjoy cutting manual work out of your week, this is a good fit.You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our design, content and operations teams.What you'll do

• Run our delivery store. Manage our Shopify store day to day - products, prices, availability, promotions, photos and copy. Keep checkout working smoothly and look for ways to improve conversion.
• Keep our menus right. Update our QR menus and delivery platform menus whenever dishes, prices or seasons change, and make sure every version matches.
• Look after the restaurant website. Keep the L'ETO Restaurant website and its menus current, and work with our external developer on bigger changes.
• Run paid campaigns. Set up, manage and optimize our Meta and Google Ads campaigns within the budgets and priorities we agree.
• Report every week. Send a short weekly update on campaign and website performance: what moved, why, and what you'd change next.
• Keep tracking working. Check that GA4, pixels and conversion tracking fire correctly across our sites, and fix or escalate issues.
• Manage listings and reviews. Keep Google Business Profiles accurate for every location and stay on top of reviews and replies.
• Use AI every day. Use AI tools for menu and product copy, translations, ad variations, reports and review replies, and set up simple automations (Zapier, Make or similar) to take repetitive tasks off your plate.
• Keep existing automations running. Make sure the workflows we already have keep working and are documented and bring in outside help for anything complex.What we're looking for
• 2-4 years in digital marketing, e-commerce or a similar hands-on role
• Day-to-day experience running a Shopify store (or a similar e-commerce platform)
• Experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns yourself, not only briefing an agency
• Working knowledge of GA4 - enough to check that conversions are tracked properly and to read the numbers
• You already use AI tools in your daily work and can show us how
• Strong attention to detail - a wrong price on a menu is a real problem for us
• Organized enough to handle several brands and requests at once without things slipping
• Clear, simple communication with non-technical colleagues
• Fluent in English languageNice to have
• Experience managing menus on delivery platforms such as Deliveroo or Talabat
• Experience with Zapier, Make or n8n
• Comfortable editing websites without a developer (Shopify themes, basic HTML/CSS)
• F&B, hospitality or retail background
