We’re Hiring | Digital Marketing SpecialistImperial Real Estate Development is looking for a skilled, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Amman – Airport Road.Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing, with a strong background in paid advertising, campaign management, audience targeting, lead generation, and good knowledge of website management, domain registration, and hosting services.Availability: Immediate joining preferred.Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across social media and other digital platforms.- Develop effective audience targeting strategies to reach potential customers and generate high-quality leads.- Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve excellent results and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).- Manage social media advertising accounts and advertising budgets.- Generate qualified leads and support the company’s marketing and sales objectives.- Manage and maintain the company’s website, domain, and hosting services.- Work with WordPress to update, maintain, and optimize website content and functionality.- Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, and campaign performance.- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising strategies, and platform updates.Requirements- 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.- Strong background in social media marketing, campaign management, audience targeting, and lead generation.- Proven ability to deliver excellent advertising results and generate quality leads.- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms.- Good knowledge of website management, domain registration, and hosting services.- Experience with WordPress is required.- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in digital marketing.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven personality.- Ability to join immediately is preferred.How to ApplySend your CV to: imperialhousing2024@gmail.comSubject: Digital Marketing Specialist.Live the Difference.
