We provide tailored, transparent and business-focused solutions designed around each client’s requirements.As we expand our digital presence and lead-generation capabilities, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru to work closely with our Dubai team.About the RoleThis is an end-to-end digital marketing role with a strong focus on qualified lead generation and measurable business growth.The successful candidate will manage our digital presence across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. The person should be able to understand our business, services and target customers quickly and turn that understanding into effective campaigns, content and conversion journeys.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement 1-Circle’s digital marketing and lead-generation strategy.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Generate qualified leads from entrepreneurs, investors, business owners and companies exploringbusiness opportunities in the UAE.
• Manage SEO, keyword strategy, website optimisation and content planning to improve organic visibility.
• Manage 1-Circle’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Develop campaign ideas, content calendars, advertising copy and business-focused social media content.
• Coordinate the creation of graphics, short-form videos, landing pages and other marketing assets.
• Build and optimise landing pages, lead forms, remarketing campaigns and conversion funnels.
• Improve local visibility through Google Business Profile and UAE-focused search strategies.
• Track website traffic, campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead and conversion rates.
• Work with the business and sales teams to improve lead qualification, follow-up processes and campaigneffectiveness.
• Research competitors, customer trends and new digital opportunities in the UAE business-servicesmarket.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage and optimise the digital marketing budget across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Allocate budget based on cost per qualified lead, conversion rate and ROI.
• Use AI tools and marketing automation to improve content production, campaign optimisation, leadqualification, reporting and customer journeys.
• Establish clear lead-quality criteria and continuously improve campaigns based on qualified leads,appointments and actual conversions, not just CPL.
• Analyse the reasons for unqualified leads and adjust targeting, messaging and campaigns accordingly.What You Should Bring
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing.
• Demonstrable experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media, content marketing, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
• Good working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and make timely improvements.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and coordinate effectively with stakeholders in Dubai and India.Good to Have
• Previous experience in B2B, consulting, company formation, financial, legal or other professional services.
• Experience running campaigns for the UAE, GCC or international markets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing, marketing automation and WhatsApp lead funnels.
• Working knowledge of Canva, WordPress or landing-page tools.
• Google Ads, Meta or other relevant certifications.
