You'll be running live ad budgets and publishing content under our brand name from your first month. We're a small team, so there's no one above you writing the playbook, you'll be building it as you go, with direct access to the Managing Director. If you have two or three years under your belt, you've personally managed campaigns rather than assisted on them, and you're ready to own a channel end to end instead of waiting for approval on every decision, this is a good next step. What You'll OwnThese are the core of the job:Social media. Own Instagram and Facebook end to end — content calendar, captions, posting, community engagement, and growth. Our destinations photograph beautifully; your job is to turn that into an audience.Paid advertising. Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns — targeting, budgets, creative briefs, and performance reporting.SEO and content. Keyword research, on-page optimization, blog posts, and website copy that brings in qualified organic traffic.Email and CRM. Build and send campaigns in HubSpot, maintain clean lead and client records, and set up nurture sequences that support the sales team.Reporting. You've run a brand account — planned the calendar, written the captions, shot or sourced the visuals, and watched the numbers.Direct experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads — building campaigns, not just reading the reportsWorking knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing platformReal SEO experience: keyword research, on-page work, content that ranksStrong writing. A meaningful share of this job is producing polished, on-brand copy for a luxury audience.Comfort with marketing data and analytics — you should be curious about why a number movedFamiliarity with AI tools and how they fit into SEO, content, and campaign workHighly organized, able to juggle several projects without dropping detailsComfortable working independently in a small teamNice to have: travel, luxury, hospitality, or high-end consumer marketing experience. Google Workspace and Meta Business Suite fluency. Basic comfort editing website content in a modern CMS or codebase (we use Next.js and GitHub — no development experience required).A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required. This Role Is Probably Not a Fit IfYou're looking for your first marketing job out of school. We don't have the bandwidth to train someone from zero, and you'd be set up to struggle. This is a mid-level specialist role at a small agency, and compensation is scoped accordingly. If you're currently at a manager or director level, this is likely a step down in both pay and scope. You need an established team, existing playbooks, or layers of approval to do your best work. You're looking to be fully remote.
