Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Outline: Own day-to-day digital merchandising, storefront content execution and continuous optimization of eCommerce experience across UAE and Qatar, translating approved Commercial, Category and Marketing priorities into a relevant, accurate and high-performing digital customer journey.Job responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day Builder.io page creation, maintenance, scheduling and QA for approved eCommerce content and merchandising experiences.
- Manage digital storefront presentation, category and collection experiences, product placement and onsite discovery without taking ownership of product master data, pricing or assortment decisions.
- Use PostHog, site search and commerce data to identify weak discoveries, zero-result searches, navigation friction and opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion.
- Execute approved campaigns onsite using supplied creative assets and commercial priorities; ensure links, products, dates and content lifecycle are accurate.
- Partner with eCommerce Experience Specialist on product-facing content quality, while avoiding duplication of catalogue administration, bulk uploads, pricing maintenance and master-data activity.
- Maintain storefront standards, templates, publishing governance and responsive QA across desktop and mobile.
- Support UAT for customer-facing website changes and document findings, defects and improvement recommendations for the E-Commerce Manager.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders while respecting existing ownership: Marketing owns brand/creative strategy; Category/Commercial owns assortment, pricing and supplier decisions; IT owns enterprise technology governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, Digital or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on digital/site/eCommerce merchandising experience; B2B, foodservice, retail or distribution experience is an advantage.
- Hands-on CMS / commerce platform experience; Builder.io preferred, with Optimizely, Contentful, AEM, Sitecore, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus or Adobe Commerce also relevant.
- Experience building customer-facing pages, managing onsite merchandising, search/navigation, QA/UAT and responsive web experiences.
- Comfortable using web analytics or behaviour tools.
