Location: Downtown Houston, TXPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on experienceAbout the PositionParadise Digital Media is seeking a hands-on Digital Network Operations Manager to take ownership of the deployment and ongoing operation of our nationwide digital screen network.This is not simply an administrative or scheduling position.

The Operations Manager will independently manage the installation process from start to finish — coordinating venues, installers, equipment and shipping across the United States — and will be responsible for ensuring deployed screens remain online and operational.Once a new location is approved for installation, the Operations Manager will take ownership of the deployment: assign or locate an installer, coordinate schedules, prepare and ship equipment, oversee installation completion, verify the screen is online, and resolve any issues that arise.After installation, the Operations Manager will monitor the network for offline screens and work directly with venues, installers and technicians to restore service as quickly as possible.Primary ResponsibilitiesNationwide Installation ManagementIndependently manage digital screen installations across the United States.Coordinate installation schedules directly with venues and installers.Locate and recruit qualified installers in new markets when necessary.Provide installers with equipment and installation requirements.Track every installation from approval through successful activation.Verify completed installations, including required photos and equipment information.Resolve scheduling, equipment and installation issues without requiring day-to-day management.Maintain an organized pipeline of pending, scheduled and completed installations.Installer Network ManagementDevelop and maintain relationships with installers and technicians throughout the country.Assign installation projects based on location, availability and qualifications.Communicate installation expectations and requirements.Track installer reliability, quality and performance.Coordinate service calls and replacement visits for existing locations.Inventory & LogisticsMaintain accurate inventory of screens, media players, mounts and related equipment.Prepare and package equipment for new installations.Create and manage outbound shipments.Track equipment from inventory through delivery and installation.Maintain serial numbers and equipment assignments by venue.Manage replacement and returned equipment.Identify upcoming equipment requirements based on the installation pipeline.Network Monitoring & UptimeMonitor deployed screens for connectivity and downtime.Proactively identify offline or malfunctioning screens.Contact venues and walk staff through basic troubleshooting.Determine when problems require replacement equipment or an onsite technician.Dispatch technicians when necessary.Follow every issue through resolution rather than simply opening a support ticket.Maintain records of outages, troubleshooting and resolutions.Venue SupportServe as the primary operational contact for venues after a location is approved.Communicate installation schedules and requirements.Assist venue personnel with equipment and connectivity issues.Coordinate equipment replacements and technician visits.Maintain professional, responsive relationships with venue partners.Platform & Account AdministrationCreate and manage venue and partner user accounts.Assist users with login and access issues.Maintain accurate venue, equipment and installation information within company systems.Ensure internal records match equipment actually deployed in the field.QualificationsStrong organizational and project-management skills.Ability to independently manage multiple installations in different markets simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working with technology and troubleshooting basic hardware, internet and connectivity issues.Experience coordinating contractors, field technicians or installations strongly preferred.Experience with digital signage, AV equipment, IT deployments, telecommunications, logistics or multi-location operations is a plus.Ability to make decisions and solve operational problems without requiring constant supervision.Must be located in the Houston area and able to regularly access company inventory in Downtown Houston.Ability to lift, package and handle digital screens and related equipment.Performance ExpectationsSuccess in this position will be measured primarily by:Installation completion timePercentage of installations completed as scheduledNetwork uptimeOffline-screen response and resolution timesInventory accuracyInstaller performanceAccuracy of equipment and venue recordsThe Operations Manager is expected to own operational issues through completion. When an installation, shipment or screen problem occurs, the responsibility does not end with sending an email or making a phone call — the Operations Manager follows the issue until it is successfully resolved.
