قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Digital Performance & Governance Lead to support the governance, performance management, and successful execution of strategic digital transformation initiatives.In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to monitor programme performance, establish governance mechanisms, track strategic KPIs, develop executive dashboards, and provide performance insights that enable data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in ensuring digital initiatives are delivered efficiently, aligned with strategic priorities, and governed through effective performance management frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive performance management and governance across strategic digital transformation initiatives.Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and performance reports.Monitor programme delivery, milestones, and strategic objectives, identifying performance gaps and recommending corrective actions.Support governance forums, including steering committees, executive reviews, and decision-making meetings.Coordinate portfolio reporting, risk tracking, dependency management, and delivery performance across multiple initiatives.Conduct performance analysis and provide strategic insights to support executive decision-making.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent governance, reporting, and accountability across digital programmes.Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project governance and performance management frameworks.Prepare executive presentations, briefing notes, and reports for senior leadership.Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across strategic initiatives.Candidate Profile6–8 years of experience in digital transformation, performance management, PMO, TMO, strategy execution, project governance, or portfolio management.Experience supporting enterprise or government digital transformation programmes.Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and performance reporting.Experience establishing or supporting governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive reporting.Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and performance reporting tools.Experience working with government entities or the public sector, preferably within the UAE or GCC, is highly preferred.
