Senior Officer – Digital PerformanceLocation - Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaExperience Required - 3–6 YearsEmployment Type - Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Officer – Digital Performance to join our Digital Banking & Innovation (DBI) team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring digital banking performance, preparing insightful reports and dashboards, analyzing customer behavior across digital channels, and supporting performance reporting for business stakeholders and regulatory authorities.The role requires strong analytical capabilities, reporting expertise, financial awareness, and data visualization skills to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across digital banking initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the performance monitoring and reporting activities for Digital Banking & Innovation (DBI).Prepare and publish monthly Digital Banking performance reports for management.Analyze the performance of digital initiatives, campaigns, and strategic projects to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Support the development and maintenance of monthly Digital Banking & Innovation dashboards.Generate analytical reports using Digital Channels Analytics platforms to evaluate customer behavior, digital adoption, and user engagement.Provide insights and recommendations based on digital analytics to improve customer experience and channel performance.Support the preparation of Digital Banking reports required by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Assist in monitoring the DBI budget and prepare monthly expenditure and budget utilization reports.Collaborate with business, finance, technology, and analytics teams to ensure consistency and quality of reporting.Maintain reporting standards, data accuracy, and governance across all Digital Banking performance metrics.Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.3–6 years of experience in performance reporting, business analytics, digital banking, MIS reporting, or business intelligence.Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.Experience within Digital Banking or Digital Transformation teams will be an added advantage.Required SkillsTechnical SkillsStrong reporting and MIS preparation skills.Data analysis and performance measurement.Financial reporting and budget tracking.Data visualization using dashboards and reporting tools.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.Knowledge of Digital Channel Analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or equivalent) is desirable.Understanding of KPI development and performance measurement frameworks.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent attention to detail.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting Digital Banking or Innovation departments.Exposure to regulatory reporting, preferably with SAMA requirements.Experience creating executive dashboards and management reports.Knowledge of digital customer journey analytics and user behavior analysis.Experience in budget monitoring and financial performance reporting.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a leading Digital Banking & Innovation team in Saudi Arabia.Exposure to cutting-edge digital banking initiatives and analytics.Collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.Contribute to strategic digital transformation programs within the banking sector.Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaExperience: 3–6 YearsIndustry Preference: Banking / Financial Services / Digital BankingNotice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.If interested pls reply with updated cv to balaguru@hastraa.comWRBalaguru
