Digital Performance OfficerLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaExperience: 2–6 YearsJob Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a Digital Performance Officer to support Digital Banking & Innovation (DBI) performance management, reporting, analytics, dashboard development, budgeting, and regulatory reporting activities.The ideal candidate should have strong MIS, reporting, data analysis, finance, and data visualization skills, with the ability to analyse digital channel performance and user behaviour and translate data into meaningful business insights.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesSupport the monitoring and analysis of Digital Banking & Innovation (DBI) performance against defined KPIs and business objectives.Prepare and issue monthly digital performance reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.Analyse the performance of specific digital banking initiatives and projects and provide actionable insights.Support the development and maintenance of monthly DBI dashboards for management reporting and performance monitoring.Generate analytical reports using Digital Channels Analytics Engine and analyse customer/user behaviour, engagement, adoption, and channel performance.Support the preparation and development of DBI reports requested by SAMA and ensure reporting requirements are met accurately and within timelines.Support DBI budgeting activities, including budget tracking, monitoring, and variance analysis.Prepare and issue monthly digital spending reports, highlighting actual spend against budget and significant variances.Consolidate data from multiple sources and perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.Develop meaningful visualizations, dashboards, and management reports to communicate digital performance effectively.Identify performance trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.Collaborate with Digital Banking, Finance, MIS, Data Analytics, and other relevant stakeholders to gather and validate information.Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure reports are prepared in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Mandatory Skills & Experience2–6 years of relevant experience in MIS, performance reporting, business analytics, digital banking analytics, or a similar role.MIS experience is mandatory.Strong experience in report preparation, data analysis, and management reporting.Good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, expenditure tracking, and variance analysis.Strong data visualization and dashboard development skills.Ability to analyse large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Experience in preparing monthly performance reports and dashboards.Good understanding of digital channels and digital banking performance metrics will be an advantage.Exposure to regulatory reporting, particularly SAMA requirements, is preferred.Strong MS Excel skills and experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent would be desirable.Core CompetenciesMIS & Management ReportingData Analysis & InterpretationPerformance MonitoringData Visualization & DashboardingFinancial Analysis & Budget MonitoringDigital Channel AnalyticsReporting AutomationAttention to DetailProblem Solving & Analytical ThinkingStakeholder ManagementPreferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in banking, digital banking, financial services, or digital channels will be preferred.
