About Us時石證券 Square Capital is a growing financial services group with operations across investment services, cross-border payments, and private client solutions.With the ongoing expansion of the Group’s digital platforms and mobile application initiatives, particularly within the securities and investment business, we are seeking a commercially minded Digital Platforms & Technology Manager to support project coordination, technology vendor management, and digital platform initiatives across the Group.This role will primarily focus on mobile APP coordination (Square SE), digital platform support, vendor communication, and cross-functional project collaboration.The RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with management, external development teams, and internal stakeholders to support the coordination, delivery, and ongoing improvement of the Group’s digital platforms and technology initiatives.This is a cross-functional role suited to someone who is comfortable bridging business operations and technology teams within a fast-moving financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Platforms & Mobile ApplicationsCoordinate ongoing updates and enhancement activities for the Group’s mobile APPAssist with testing coordination, feature rollouts, and platform-related follow-up activitiesMonitor platform-related issues and coordinate with relevant vendors and stakeholders where requiredVendor & Project CoordinationLiaise with external app developers, software vendors, and technology partnersCoordinate project schedules, testing activities, and implementation supportAssist in organising project requirements, feedback, and progress tracking across teamsTechnology Coordination & SupportSupport day-to-day digital operations and internal technology coordinationAssist with user access coordination and general technology administration tasksWork alongside internal and external teams to support smooth day-to-day platform operationsPlatform Development & ImprovementSupport ongoing digital platform enhancement initiatives across the GroupAssist management in coordinating new digital projects and platform-related initiativesContribute to the continued development of the Group’s digital ecosystemRequirementsExperience in digital platforms, business systems, technology operations, or IT project coordinationFamiliarity with mobile APP, websites, and vendor-managed technology environmentsExperience coordinating with external software developers or technology providersStrong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work across both business and technical teams effectivelyFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 environment is advantageousExperience in financial services, fintech, payments, or related industries is preferred but not essentialLanguageAbility to read and write in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)Preferred ProfileBusiness-oriented with strong operational awarenessStructured and detail-oriented approach to systems and processesComfortable managing multiple projects and moving prioritiesAble to operate effectively in a dynamic and growth-focused environmentWhat We OfferOpportunity to work across multiple business lines including investment services, cross-border payments, and private client servicesExposure to websites, mobile APP, and a variety of digital platform projectsA dynamic and fast-growing business environment with direct exposure to management and decision-making processesInvolvement in cross-functional digital initiatives and platform expansion projectsOpportunity to grow within an evolving financial services and technology environmentCollaborative and entrepreneurial team culture with strong project exposure across the GroupHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and cover letter toinfo@squarecapital.com.au
