The analyst will partner with product, analytics, technology, and business teams to evaluate customer journeys, measure product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.The ideal candidate combines hands-on analytical skills with strong business judgment. This person can move beyond routine reporting to investigate open-ended questions, recognize meaningful behavioral patterns, and translate complex findings into clear recommendations that support product decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Analytics and InsightsAnalyze digital customer behavior and product performance using web analytics and event-level data.Evaluate funnels, paths, segments, and trends to identify friction, abandonment, unexpected behavior, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.Define meaningful measures of success for product features and assess outcomes after release.Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations that help product teams prioritize improvements.Investigation and AnalysisTranslate business and product questions into structured analytical approaches.Use SQL and analytical tools to extract, validate, combine, and interpret data from multiple sources.Investigate changes in customer behavior and product performance, recognizing patterns and potential contributing factors.Document assumptions, data limitations, and the evidence supporting conclusions.Measurement and CollaborationPartner with product and business stakeholders to define key performance indicators, measurement plans, and analytical questions.Collaborate with analytics and technology partners to validate findings, resolve data-quality concerns, and improve measurement.Communicate findings through concise analysis, visualizations, and presentations tailored to technical and nontechnical audiences.Maintain recurring performance reporting and support minor updates to established dashboards as business needs evolve.Product Delivery SupportUse analytical evidence to support product priorities, enhancements, and trade-off decisions.Help define expected outcomes and measurement needs for planned work.Support release evaluation and confirm that appropriate measures are available to assess results.Participate in product planning and Agile delivery activities as an analytical partner.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.2–3 years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, business analysis, customer experience analytics, or a related field.Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting.Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar web analytics platforms.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and manipulation.Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business and product recommendations.Demonstrated ability to independently investigate open-ended business or product questions using multiple data sources and communicate evidence-based conclusions.Preferred QualificationsExperience applying funnel, path, segmentation, conversion, or abandonment analysis to digital customer journeys.Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.Experience analyzing complex digital customer journeys in financial services, cybersecurity, identity, or another regulated environment.Experience with a cloud data platform.Experience validating digital analytics instrumentation or defining measurement requirements.Working knowledge of Power BI, including maintaining or making minor enhancements to an established dashboard.Experience with experimentation, usability research, customer-feedback analysis, or statistical methods.Experience supporting Agile or Scrum product teams.
