About the CompanyTharwah Technologies is looking for a Digital Product Growth Lead to own the commercial growth of our digital platform portfolio.About the RoleThis is a builder’s role for someone who can turn technically ready products into commercially proven platforms. You will lead the full go-to-market journey—from positioning, pricing, and demand generation to customer activation, retention, and revenue growth. You will serve as the key link between product, marketing, sales, and customer success, while building and operating a lean, AI-enabled growth function.ResponsibilitiesDefine product positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch strategiesBuild and manage demand-generation channels across the Saudi and GCC marketsOwn qualified pipeline creation and revenue-growth performanceEstablish the website, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics infrastructureDevelop sales enablement materials for founder-led and relationship-based sellingLead customer onboarding, activation, retention, and feedback loopsManage and scale a lean growth pod based on commercial milestonesSequence the launch of Tharwah’s digital platforms based on market readiness and opportunityQualifications8–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, digital platforms, product marketing, or growthProven experience launching products and owning revenue or pipeline targetsStrong knowledge of AI-enabled GTM tools and modern growth technologyGood understanding of Saudi and GCC enterprise buyers, preferably within HR or government-adjacent sectorsFluency in Arabic and EnglishThe ability to operate strategically and hands-on within a lean, fast-moving environmentRequired SkillsExperience in B2B SaaS and digital platformsProduct marketing and growth expertiseKnowledge of AI-enabled GTM toolsUnderstanding of Saudi and GCC marketsFluency in Arabic and EnglishPreferred SkillsExperience in HR or government-adjacent sectorsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience.Equal Opportunity StatementTharwah Technologies is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
