You will serve as the central orchestration layer across business and IT organizations, leading governance, alignment, and execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.This is a strategic leadership role requiring exceptional program management, stakeholder engagement, and transformation experience within complex industrial or automotive environments.Experience & Qualifications Requirements8+ years of consulting experience or 10+ years of relevant industry experience in digital transformation, program management, or large-scale transformation initiatives.Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.Strong experience working at the intersection of business and IT organizations.Experience within automotive, manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments strongly preferred.Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Experience in battery manufacturing or gigafactory environments is highly desirable.Leadership & Program Management SkillsEstablish and lead a Business Enablement Office, including governance structures, program processes, and operating models.Drive program planning, prioritization, execution alignment, and stakeholder coordination across business and IT teams.Provide executive-level governance, reporting, decision support, and risk management.Facilitate alignment between business objectives, digital initiatives, and system implementations.Lead governance forums, executive steering committees, and decision-making processes.Manage cross-functional dependencies, escalations, and critical program risks.Translate strategic priorities into executable programs and measurable outcomes.Stakeholder & Communication RequirementsAct as the primary interface for senior client stakeholders across digitalization, IT, and business organizations.Demonstrate exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.Influence executive decision-making through structured analysis and recommendations.Build alignment and accountability across diverse teams and business functions.What You Will Work OnEstablishing and operating a Business Enablement Office for a next-generation battery manufacturing facility.Enabling digital factory transformation initiatives across business and technology domains.Supporting factory industrialization and operational ramp-up activities.Ensuring alignment across business processes, systems, digital capabilities, and operational objectives.Contributing to the growth of Diconium's consulting and transformation capabilities in the U.S. market.Work Arrangement RequirementsHybrid work arrangement aligned to Metro Detroit, MI, Reston, VA, or Atlanta, GA.Proximity to St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada is preferred due to client engagement requirements.Flexibility and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Work AuthorizationMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.What We OfferOpportunity to lead a high-impact digital transformation program within the automotive and battery manufacturing industry.Exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives with global clients.Collaboration with an international team of digital, technology, and transformation experts.Flexible hybrid work environment and strong professional growth opportunities.Inclusive CultureWhat We Value: Diconium is an equal opportunity employer.
