Digital Project & Growth Coordinator (Assistant) – AI, Design & Marketing

نبذة عن الدورنبحث عن شخص متعدد المهارات وعملي (Hands-on) للمشاركة في تطوير مشروع رقمي جديد، والعمل بشكل مباشر مع الإدارة وفريق التطويرالدور يجمع بين: تنسيق وإدارة المشروع، الذكاء الصناعي، التصميم، التسويق، الأتمتة، وتطوير وتنظيم العمليات. المسؤوليات الرئيسية · تنظيم ومتابعة مهام وخطة تطوير المشروع.· تحويل الأفكار والمتطلبات إلى مهام واضحة ومتابعة فريق البرمجة· اختبار النظام وتوثيق الملاحظات والأخطاء البرمجية.· استخدام شات جبي بي تي وأدوات الذكاء الصناعي في البحث، المحتوى، التقارير وتحسين العمل. · إعداد التصاميم والعروض التقديمية والمواد التسويقية والنماذج الأولية لواجهات المستخدم.· المساهمة في المحتوى والتسويق وتحليل السوق والمنافسين.· توثيق الإجراءات وإعداد إجراءات التشغيل القياسية وقوائم التحقق والقوالب· البحث عن فرص لتحسين وأتمتة العمليات المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة· لا نشترط عدداً محدداً من سنوات الخبرة. الأهم لدينا· سرعة التعلم والقدرة على البحث وحل المشكلات· التنظيم والمتابعة وتحمل المسؤولية· الاهتمام بالتقنية والذكاء الاصطناعي· القدرة على استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي و شات جي بي تي بشكل عملي وفعّال.· حس جيد في التصميم والعرض البصري· القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتواصل مع فريق التطوير· إجادة العربية ومستوى جيد في الإنجليزية· لا يُشترط أن يكون المتقدم مطوّر برمجيات. التطوير المهنيالدور قابل للتوسع حسب قدرات وأداء الموظف، مع إمكانية التطور تدريجياً إلى مدير المشاريع والنمونبحث عن شخص يستطيع يفهم المشكلة ينظمها يبحث عن الحل ينفذ يتابع يوثق ويحسن العمليةالأدوات والمهاراتيفضل معرفة مجموعة من الأدوات والمجالات التالية· ChatGPT & AI Tools· Figma / Canva / Adobe· Google Workspace & Excel· ClickUp / Notion / Trello· Digital Marketing & Content Creation· UI/UX· Automation / No-Code مثل Make / Zapier / n8nللتقديميرجى إرسال:· السيرة الذاتية· ملف أعمال أو نماذج من الأعمال السابقة، إن وجدت.· أمثلة على استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي أو شات جي بي تي ، إن وجدت.· الراتب المتوقع · التواجد الحالي· إمكانية العمل في جدة About the RoleWe are looking for a versatile, hands-on generalist to join us in developing an exciting new digital project, working directly with management and the development team.This role bridges multiple domains, combining Project Coordination, AI, Design, Marketing, Automation, and Operational Streamlining.Key Responsibilities· Organize and track project development plans and tasks.· Translate high-level ideas and requirements into clear tasks and manage the software development team.· Test systems, document feedback, and track bugs.· Leverage ChatGPT and AI tools for research, content creation, reporting, and workflow optimization.· Design presentations, marketing materials, and UI mockups.· Contribute to content creation, digital marketing, market research, and competitor analysis.· Document standard operating procedures, creating SOPs, checklists, and templates.· Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes.What We’re Looking ForWe don’t require a specific number of years of experience; what matters most to us is:· Fast learner with strong research and problem-solving skills.· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.· A passion for technology and artificial intelligence.· Demonstrated ability to use AI and ChatGPT in practical, real-world scenarios.· A good eye for design and visual presentation.· Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with the development team.· Proficiency in Arabic and a good command of English.· Note: A background as a Software Developer is not required.Career DevelopmentThis role has high growth potential depending on your performance and capabilities, with a clear path to evolve into a:Project Manager & Growth LeadWe are looking for someone who can:Understand the problem - Organize it - Research a solution - Execute - Track Document - Continuously improve.Tools & SkillsFamiliarity with some of the following tools and areas is preferred:· ChatGPT & AI Tools· Figma / Canva / Adobe· Google Workspace & Excel· ClickUp / Notion / Trello· Digital Marketing & Content Creation· UI/UX Principles· Automation / No-Code platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n)To ApplyPlease send us:· CV· Portfolio (or sample works, if available)· Examples of AI/ChatGPT usage (if available)· Expected Salary· Current Location· Availability to work in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia)
