The organization’s mission is to help students everywhere reach their potential and achieve their goal scores through a proven, personalized, and results-focused program.Role Description The Digital SAT Reading and Writing Teacher is a full-time remote role focused on instructing students in SAT Reading and Writing using SATisfactory Education’s personalized curriculum and AI-powered platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering online lessons, guiding students through practice tests, explaining SAT question types and strategies, and providing targeted feedback on reading comprehension and writing tasks. The teacher will monitor progress data, adjust instruction based on performance, and collaborate with the team to refine materials and approaches. The role also involves communicating with students and families about goals, study plans, and next steps, while maintaining a supportive, structured learning environment.Qualifications Strong background in Teaching and Education, with experience designing and delivering structured lessons for standardized test preparation.Expertise in Reading Intervention, including strategies for improving comprehension, vocabulary, and critical analysis skills.Proficiency in teaching Writing skills such as grammar, usage, argument development, and clarity of expression, aligned with SAT requirements.Experience working with Middle School and high school students, with the ability to adapt instruction for diverse learning needs and backgrounds.Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; advanced degree or teaching certification is a plus.Prior experience teaching SAT, ACT, or similar standardized exams, with a track record of measurable score improvement.Comfort with digital tools, learning platforms, and data-driven instruction in an online classroom setting.Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a student-centered mindset, with a commitment to equity and inclusive teaching practices.
